This party reservation form is a request only. The date and time of this party is not reserved until this form is reviewed by The Discovery Stop staff and deposit payment is received. A member of The Discovery Stop's staff will contact you to confirm that your party has been successfully reserved for the day and time requested as well as to discuss details.

Please Note: Party reservations require a 50% NON-REFUNDABLE deposit and are not final until the deposit and a signed copy of the waiver is received
